Production Planner
Grow your career with Our Client as a Production Planner in Charlotte, NC an industry leader! We need an ambitious planner with a HS diploma, 1+ years of operations experience, and SAP proficiency to sequence kits and act as a critical lynchpin for our fast-paced manufacturing lines. location: Charlotte, North Carolina
job type: Contract
salary: $22.09 - 30.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: High School responsibilities:
- Lead the releasing, scheduling, and sequencing of production kits to material handlers to drive efficient picking.
- Serve as the central communication lynchpin between operations, materials planning, receiving, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time kit delivery.
- Delegate inventory transactions, coordinate cycle counts, record discrepancies, and coordinate hot inbound or expedited deliveries.
- Track process turnbacks, perform root cause analysis on systemic issues, and ensure production takt is consistently met to achieve planned results.
