We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and ensure seamless coordination of executive activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a long-term contract position based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:• Organize and manage executive calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively.
• Arrange and coordinate detailed travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare customized reports and presentations tailored to specific executive needs.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing executive meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
• Handle financial reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support executive priorities.
• Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence to ensure prompt attention.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline executive operations.
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination.
• Strong ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
