Youth Soccer Coach - After School Programming

At Super Soccer Stars, we're proud to be the top youth soccer program in the nation, delivering exceptional soccer instruction to kids aged 1-14. Our mission is to foster an upbeat and enjoyable learning atmosphere where children can hone their soccer skills, gain confidence, and develop strong character.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to become a part of our team as Soccer Coaches. In this role, you'll have the chance to inspire and uplift young athletes while teaching them essential soccer skills and nurturing a love for the game.

We provide on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and motivational incentives. Our perfect candidate has experience with children and soccer, whether as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader. This role is a fantastic fit for anyone interested in early childhood education or child development!

Responsibilities:

• Lead soccer classes for children ages 1-14, incorporating age-appropriate drills and games
• Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages children to learn and grow
• Provide individual instruction and feedback to help children improve their soccer skills
• Model and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children
• Strong soccer playing background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work well in a team
