Newly Licensed Real Estate Agent
Job Description
Job Description
Ready to grow your real estate career with a forward-moving team at Martin Group Properties? While some markets may be slowing, we’re moving faster than ever and raising the bar.
If you're aiming to launch your real estate journey, this is your chance. Martin Group Properties has an opening that fits you. With strong partnerships in real estate tech, we’re getting more leads than we can take on. That means opportunity. Our agents are hitting new records every month because of our smart systems and solid lead flow.
At Martin Group Properties, we don’t just sell homes—we use tech to push what’s possible. Our online lead engine helps us grow fast and consistently. What drives us is clear: hard work, strong training, and giving our agents the best leads to close deals.
Here’s what we offer our agents:
Top Support: Get sharp marketing tools and daily help from mentors and leadership.
Back-End Help: Let our admin team take care of the paperwork while you work with clients.
Pro Training: We’ll help you become a lead conversion pro with step-by-step training.
One-on-One Mentoring: Regular mentoring sessions to sharpen your skills and speed up your growth.
Strong Commission Plan: Our splits help you reach $100k+ a year without guesswork.
Here’s who we’re looking for:
- Are you hungry to grow a real career—not just collect a paycheck? We need self-starters who want full-time roles in real estate.
- Do you have a strong personality and a heart for helping people? If you’re a natural connector, this could be a great fit.
- Do you work well with a tight-knit team and thrive when your work moves the needle? If you bring energy, drive, a flexible schedule, and high goals—we want to hear from you.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Build real relationships with clients to create more opportunities.
- Host buyer and seller consults to match people with the right homes.
- Lead open houses to highlight our listings and bring in buyers.
- Manage the full transaction process from listing to close.
- Bring in new clients to keep building business.
- Use your market knowledge to help clients understand listings, prices, and trends.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Sales experience helps, but it’s not required.
- You should be comfortable using technology in your work.
- You’ll need strong communication, people, and negotiation skills.
- You must be motivated and able to push your own success.
- You need to stay organized and manage your time well.
- You must have an active Real Estate License.
This is your chance to get into real estate the right way—with the right tools and support. If you’re ready to work hard and grow fast, apply now.
