We deeply value quality time together as a family and ensuring that our home remains a place of warmth and harmony. With one parent frequently traveling for work, we rely on strong systems and a detail oriented partner to help us keep the household running smoothly. We need someone who takes initiative, anticipates what needs to be done, and handles it with minimal direction, all while keeping things calm and organized.
We value a independent, proactive approach and are seeking a reliable partner to manage pick-ups and drop-offs and household routines, while remaining flexible to handle last-minute needs. We need someone who can work independently, remaining proactive while helping us stay organized and running smoothly. Who You Are / What We're Looking For:
You are detail-oriented, organized, and naturally able to juggle multiple tasks with ease. You take pride in being a problem solver who steps up and takes initiative—if something needs to be done, you take care of it without needing to be asked. You manage your time well, balancing kid pick-ups and drop-offs alongside other daily duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You're neat, tidy, and thorough, completing tasks from start to finish with confidence and a sense of ownership. Flexibility is key in our home, and you approach last-minute needs with a calm, grounded demeanor.
In the kitchen, you're comfortable jumping in and whipping up a meal when needed, confidently making decisions about meal planning and prep along the way. You are warm, friendly, and professional, with a natural ability to respect boundaries while building a genuine and trusting relationship with our family.
You tackle tasks with a positive, can-do attitude—whether it's meal prep, laundry, or organizing—always looking for ways to help our household run smoothly. You enjoy stepping in, getting things done, and making a meaningful difference in a busy family's day-to-day life.
