Position Overview:
Were seeking a driven and experienced Financial Advisor Business Developer to join our clients expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven book of business, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clientsall while collaborating within a high-performance team.

This is more than a traditional advisory role. Youll benefit from operational support, equity opportunities, and access to senior-level resources to help you land and manage complex relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your personal book of business, with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning, portfolio analysis, and strategic investment recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to close complex deals and provide exceptional client service
• Represent the firms values, growth strategy, and team-based client model
• Participate in strategic growth planning
• Work toward leading or establishing a branch office in a high-growth market

Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required
• $250K+ in trailing 12-month revenue
• Minimum 10 HNW clients (>$1MM in household advisory relationships)
• 10+ financial plans completed in the past 12 months
• $25MM+ in current total Assets Under Management (AUM)
• Strong understanding of industry trends and desire to grow within an equity-sharing model
• Clear, confident communication skills and a passion for wealth management
