Location: Durham, NC 27703
Schedule: 2-5 days per week 9a.m.-6p.m.
Pay: $18/hr

Job Description
You will handle general maintenance tasks throughout the community to keep units and common areas safe, functional, and resident‑ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Prepare units for move‑ins
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues across the property
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Required Skills
- Experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- Ability to perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Carpentry, painting, and drywall patching experience
- Must own tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- EPA or HVAC certification a plus
- Experience with apartment turns or make‑readies
