Landscape Project Manager

Responsibilities
Strong background in landscape installation is essential
Operationally focus on executing while supervising on-site activities and conducting employee performance reviews
Delivers projects in the most streamlined and cost-efficient manner
Serves as the main point of contact for clients, as designated by leadership
Core duties include:
Overseeing client budgets, timelines, and overall project plans
Managing all project-related communication and record-keeping
Carrying out administrative functions in the office
Delegating tasks and directing the project team
Committed to completing projects:
On time
Within financial parameters
While maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Qualifications
Valid NC Driver’s license.
At least 2 years of Landscape Industry experience
At least 2 years of Management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation
Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
