Position Overview

As an Independent Travel Consultant , you’ll work remotely to design and book travel experiences for your clients. You’ll act as their trusted advisor — providing personalized recommendations, managing reservations, and ensuring every detail is handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine travel goals, budgets, and preferences.

• Research destinations, flights, accommodations, and packages to meet client needs.

• Book and manage reservations through trusted travel suppliers and platforms.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after travel.

• Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and supplier offers.

• Build and manage your own client base through marketing and networking efforts.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• No prior travel experience required — training is provided .

• Strong customer service or sales background is an asset.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Comfortable using online booking tools and digital communication platforms.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to work independently.
