Data Entry Clerk
Dirt R Us, Inc. seeks an Data Entry Clerk to work in our office. This position will report directly to the Office Manager. Duties will include but not limited to: Sorting, Filing, Data, Entering Data into Quick Books, Reconciling invoices with deposits, Typing, preparing spreadsheet, scheduling meetings & appointment, billing, greet visitors, providing general and Administration Report to the Office Manager, . Willing to be trained on company software and company policies. Will discuss task more when interviewed. Hours of this position will be Mon - Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Quick Books & Excel (3 years)
- Secretary (1 year)
- Book Keeping ( 2 years preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Communication Skills (Priority)
- High Levels of Organization Effectiveness
