We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote therapy services for students in a school setting. This role involves delivering speech and language therapy through teletherapy platforms, helping students overcome communication challenges while supporting their academic and social success. You will collaborate remotely with educators, families, and school staff to provide individualized therapy services and ensure students receive consistent support in a virtual environment. Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students through virtual platforms
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Deliver engaging and effective teletherapy sessions using virtual tools and resources
• Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of service
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred or required depending on district policies
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Teletherapy or virtual therapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
