Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Greensboro, NC

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission ($70,000–$150,000+)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some evenings/weekends based on client needs)

Job Summary

The HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for conducting in-home consultations with potential customers, assessing their HVAC needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. This role combines consultative selling, technical knowledge (we’ll train you!), and a drive to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)

• Provide accurate and tailored quotes for HVAC replacements and upgrades

• Explain HVAC system options, energy efficiency, and financing plans

• Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing customer relationships

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and manage pipeline

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning HVAC systems and sales tools

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Self-starter with a customer-first attitude
