Data Analyst Lead

Description

The Data Analyst Lead (Data Analyst II) will develop SSIS ETL processes, optimize SQL queries for reporting and BI dashboards, and lead critical data initiatives including mapping, migration, and database design. This role supports full project lifecycles using agile methodology and Azure DevOps, while contributing to data governance through building and maintaining a data catalog to ensure data quality. As a lead position reporting to the Data Administration Supervisor, you'll mentor 2-3 junior data analysts and guide their technical development.

Technical Assessment: Candidates must complete a comprehensive technical assessment evaluating proficiency across data science, data management, data warehousing, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Business Intelligence, Tableau, and database concepts. This assessment measures both theoretical knowledge and practical application skills, including working with relational databases, managing structured and unstructured data, developing SSIS packages and SSRS reports, creating Tableau dashboards, and writing clean, performant SQL.

-Experience with Azure DevOps for Scrum/Agile management and implementing Agile methodology.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.69/hr.
