- Menu Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.

- Wine Service: Conduct wine service with confidence, offering recommendations and ensuring glasses are expertly filled.
- Adaptability: Navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment with grace, adjusting to the needs of each guest.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient dining operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server in a reputable establishment.
- Exceptional knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and culinary techniques.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
