Duration: 12+ Months (Contract, possible extension)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) . You will oversee technical execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery meets regulatory, cybersecurity, and quality requirements while staying on budget and on schedule.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build aligned, accountable project plans.

• Integrate technical project plans with the overall program plan.

• Drive execution with development teams, ensuring delivery against committed timelines.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues quickly.

• Dive deep into technical challenges, resolve blockers, and provide practical solutions.

• Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and documentation standards .

• Capture lessons learned and maintain knowledge repositories.

Stakeholder Management:

• Analyze, prioritize, and manage stakeholder needs and expectations.

• Develop effective stakeholder communication and alignment strategies.

• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and issues.

• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction with deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in technical project management (SaMD or medical device preferred).

• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and regulatory requirements for medical devices.

• Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site teams.

• Background in end-to-end product development (concept through launch).

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP certification (preferred).

• Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (preferred).
