Prostar Services Inc. in Wilson, NC is looking for a full-time Phone Sales Rep and Closer to join our in-office HVAC and plumbing team. This is a full-time, in-office role. Your shifts will fall within our business hours, which include 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday . You may occasionally work evenings, weekends, be on-call, or work overtime when needed.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PHONE SALES REP AND CLOSER

Your day will be spent speaking with customers on the phone. You'll take inbound calls and turn them into booked appointments or sales. You'll also follow up on leads, estimates, and past proposals that didn't close. Your job is to help customers understand their HVAC and plumbing options, explain pricing, and confidently guide them to the right service. You'll track all calls, notes, and sales in our system (like ServiceTitan), and work closely with our dispatchers and tech team to make sure everything runs smoothly. When it makes sense, you'll also offer memberships or extra services.

Here's what you need to become our Phone Sales Rep and Closer:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in phone sales or service-based sales (HVAC or plumbing preferred)

Preferred:

• Strong closing skills and a confident phone presence
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scripts, and follow-up tools
• High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
• Bilingual skills
