This role involves educating toddlers and preschool-aged children, implementing engaging lesson plans, and promoting child welfare through effective behavior management strategies.

Duties

• Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and supportive environment.

• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Manage classroom behavior using effective strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
