**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, managing warehouse staff, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a safe working environment. **Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools
- Knowledge of inventory management software
**Responsibilities:**- Supervise warehouse staff and direct daily activities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Train and evaluate warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and performance
**Additional Requirements:**- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Certification in warehouse safety procedures is a plus
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus
