Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Care Center position requiring 2+ years of experience, night shift availability, and an active NC or compact RN license.
Details
- Emergency Care Center (ED) unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA or ARC accepted), ACLS, TNCC, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), and NIH Stroke Scale
- Minimum 2 years of recent ED RN experience required
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
Additional Information
- One professional reference required (two required for candidates from Florida or Missouri)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- CPI alternatives such as SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted based on facility requirement
