At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee Guest Services and Breakfast Operation. You will ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction across these departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of Guest Services and Breakfast, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
• Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests in the absence of the General Manager.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems.
