About the Role
We are passionate about making high-quality mental healthcare accessible across North Carolina. As part of our team, you'll provide teletherapy services to clients managing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. With a flexible, contractor-based model, you can set your own schedule and focus on delivering meaningful care via our secure video conferencing platform or in-person at our private therapeutic location.

What You'll Do

Deliver counseling and psychotherapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Provide tailored, client-centered care using modalities like CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy.
Conduct weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions, behavior modification interventions, and collaborate with case management teams as needed.
Monitor client progress using data-driven approaches to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Adapt your therapeutic approach to fit each client's unique needs and preferences, session by session.
Preferred Specializations (Not Required):

Military Sexual Trauma (MST) treatment experience
CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Fluency in Spanish

Qualifications

Active license with at least one year of post-licensure experience.
Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapies.
Authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in North Carolina.
No history of medical malpractice claims (verified by a third-party background check).
Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week.
Access to a private and functional workspace.
