What You’ll Do As a Sales and Marketing Trainee , you will represent our clients within a retail environment by engaging directly with customers, promoting brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives. This role is well suited for individuals who excel in face-to-face interactions and are seeking to develop foundational skills in marketing, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner within a retail environment 
• Execute in-store marketing and promotional initiatives in alignment with campaign objectives 
• Educate customers on products, services, and brand messaging to support informed purchasing decisions 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members 
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics to support continuous improvement 
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs
