Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose and resolve issues with pool equipment and systems, providing expert solutions to complex problems. Performing High-Quality Work : Ensure all service tasks meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of service work and provide constructive feedback to team members. Customer Service : Maintain direct communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Training & Development : Mentor and train new technicians, keeping the team informed on the latest techniques and safety protocols. Inventory Management : Oversee inventory of pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies, and manage orders as needed. Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols to protect staff and clients. Record-Keeping : Maintain detailed records of service tasks, repairs, customer interactions, and chemical readings. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 3 years in pool maintenance and service, with expertise in equipment repair and chemical balancing. Leadership : Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team. Valid Drivers License:  Must have insurable driving record Certification : Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent preferred. Technical Knowledge : Proficient understanding of pool systems and chemistry. Customer Service : Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships. Problem-Solving : Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex pool issues. Time Management : Capable of managing multiple service routes and tasks efficiently.
