Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation systems
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for travel nursing assignments

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across Greensboro, NC
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance
• Travel to patient residences within the Greensboro area as part of your home health RN duties
