Director of Sales - Remote

ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our growing team!

The primary purpose of the Director of Sales is to create and implement a methodical, data-driven sales process, fill and drive the sales pipeline, and close enterprise-level deals across verticals. The Director of Sales will coach, manage, and develop a high-performance Sales team What we provide:

As a Director of Sales, you will:
  • Develop, implement, and execute a consultative sales approach for acquiring new customers, evaluating sales metrics, tactics, talk tracks, processes, and strategies regularly.
  • Acquire new customers and achieve revenue targets consistently by coordinating with appropriate resources (internally and externally) to close deals.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead a high-performance Sales team by establishing performance and development goals.
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop new team members.
  • Research and understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in SFDC.
  • Deliver an accurate forecast based on pipeline and data in CRM.
  • Other duties as assigned

A great fit for this position has:

  • Prefer bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
  • 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record
  • Previous experience leading and managing sales teams is essential
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
Additional Desired Qualifications: 
  • Prior experience in SaaS industry
  • Experience leading a sales team within the payments space would be preferred
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent initiative and sound decision-making ability
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
