Production Team Member

We are seeking Production Staff to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.
Responsibilities:- Read and follow work instructions
- Follow all established safety procedures
- Hand laminate composite components using carbon fiber pre-preg and other similar materials, to specifications set by work instructions, layup manuals, and other technical documentation
- Follow quality control processes
- Consult and resolve quality issues as they arise, in unison with Quality Team, Engineers and Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with Supervisor's established priorities to assure laminating and assembly workflow is sustained
- Experience working in Production manufacturing environment
