Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping a variety of products while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Responsibilities:

• Receive and process shipments according to established protocols.
• Pick and pack products for shipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment to facilitate efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
