What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through their buying journey
• Learn and master product knowledge to educate customers with confidence
• Deliver a customer-focused, consultative sales approach (no high-pressure tactics)
• Set and achieve personal and team goals
• Work alongside managers to gain leadership and operational experience
• Help maintain store standards, promotions, and displays
