About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to provide on-site leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who bring tilt-wall construction expertise . This role will oversee field operations, subcontractor management, scheduling, safety, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the master project schedule, including detailed two-week look-aheads.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to meet milestones.
- Lead preconstruction and subcontractor meetings to align scope, schedule, and quality.
- Enforce safety standards and collaborate with the Safety Department to maintain compliance with OSHA.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring all work aligns with drawings and approved submittals.
- Maintain detailed daily logs, reports, and site photos.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings and provide regular updates to project management.
- Train and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Laborers.
What The Qualified candidate needs
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent or leadership role.
- Strong background in tilt-wall projects
- Knowledge across major trades and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in the Raleigh area.
