This is the ideal role for those that are results-oriented and looking to grow their sales career with a leading HVAC Service organization.** **Job responsibilities:** **- Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitations** **- Coordinate estimating processes; work with customer, sales teams, estimating and leadership to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products** **- Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers** **- Work with sellers in your assigned market to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities** **- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information** **- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers** **- Establish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect's needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps** **- Utilize applicable sales tools such as Salesforce to track and effectively develop sales opportunities** **Required Qualifications -** **·** **HS Diploma or GED** **·** **Ability to pass an MVR Background Check** **·** **2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or HVAC industry experience.** **Preferred Qualifications -** **·** **Proactive and able to balance multiple priorities** **·** **Excellent communication, both written and oral** **·** **Able to build strong relationships across industries and functions** **·** **Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility** **management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs.** **·** **Bachelor's Degree** **·** **SAP and Salesforce experience** **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
