Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a Residential Manager to lead our group home team in Albemarle, NC.

As a Residential Manager, you will provide onsite management of the daily operations of your assigned locations, supporting both staff and the individuals they support to enhance quality of their life through services that enable them to achieve their personal dreams and goals within their community. You will ensure that person-centered plans are implemented creatively, innovatively and in a timely manner. You will also ensure that staff utilize person-centered and positive approach strategies when supporting individuals receiving services through on-site observation, role modeling and person specific training.

To qualify, candidates must have the following:

***A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
***At least 3 years of post-graduate experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder.
***At least 2 years of management experience.
