Application Analyst - Technology Adoption Specialist
Essential tasks/responsibilities:
? Develop and implement adoption strategies and tactics into a comprehensive plan including initiatives and measures of success with quarterly milestone reporting intervals, including the requirement to address the archiving of legacy technology.
? Collaborate with project teams, product owners, and operational leaders to understand upcoming technology changes and define adoption goals, timelines, and success metrics.
? Assess user needs, current workflows, and potential barriers to adoption using interviews, surveys, observations, and usage data.
? Design and develop clear technology adoption materials including job aids, FAQs, how-to guides, and intranet content.
? Deliver engaging training through instructor-led sessions, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, micro-learning, and recorded content.
? Develop and deliver user presentations and technology demonstrations for varied audiences.
? Utilize Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform tools to design, deliver, and track adoption initiatives.
? Translate complex technical concepts, including AI-powered features, into user-friendly workflows and training materials.
? Produce video-based learning materials using screen capture, narration, and video editing tools.
? Monitor adoption metrics, analyze feedback, and implement reinforcement strategies.
? Provide coaching to super users and champions and support sustained adoption.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field, or four years of equivalent technical experience required.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
None required. Preferred certification in Microsoft technologies, AI platforms, instructional design, or change management.
Experience:
Required: At least 2 years of experience in technology adoption, sales, training, instructional design, or user support.
Preferred: Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments, video editing experience, and familiarity with change management principles.
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and AI-enabled features, such as Copilot strongly preferred.
