The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can contribute across the entire product lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, learns new technologies quickly, and collaborates effectively with cross functional teams. You will work with modern web technologies, cloud native tooling, and AI assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front end applications using React and TypeScript, focusing on performance, accessibility, and clean component design


• Develop backend services in Go that are reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain


• Implement automated tests using Cypress and help shape our testing strategy


• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to support containerization, deployment, and environment configuration


• Collaborate via Git based workflows and participate in code reviews


• Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development and improve code quality


• Work with LLMs, generative AI techniques, and AI agents to enhance system capabilities


• Partner closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver high quality outcomes


• Participate in architectural discussions, propose technical improvements, and take ownership of key features

Required Experience/skills

• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript


• Solid experience building backend applications with Go


• Hands on experience with Cypress or similar end to end testing frameworks


• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud based deployment patterns


• Strong understanding of Git based development processes


• Active use of AI assisted coding tools and familiarity with modern LLM based workflows


• Practical knowledge of generative AI, prompt design, and building simple AI driven tools or agents


• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving requirements


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with teammates in a collaborative environment

Preferred Experience/skills

• Experience with microservices or high scale distributed systems


• Familiarity with observability tools, CI pipelines, or performance optimization


• Prior experience in fintech or highly regulated domains

The actual base pay offered may take into account the candidate's work location, relevant education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

Hiring Range:

$100,000—$125,000 USD
