Dining Room Hostess
**Wednesday(11-4), Friday(11-4) and Saturday(12-5) schedule**
We're looking for our next great Dining Room Hospitality Team Members!
The Hospitality Team Member provides a level of customer service that exceeds our customer's expectations by being attentive and courteous. The Dining Room Hospitality Host/Hostess carries out the mission to \care always\ by:
- Greeting each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Multi-tasking and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Understanding what it takes to get the job done right
- Collaborating well in a Team environment to get things done collectively and positively
- Being flexible and serving the needs of the guests, team, and restaurant
- Displaying a servant’s heart in all areas
- Genuinely caring for every guest and Team Member
- Helping guests who need assistance, such as retrieving high chairs, carrying orders to tables, refreshing beverages, grabbing more sauces, etc.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms
- Connecting with guests through conversations and 2nd Mile Service

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must exhibit excellent customer service skills
