Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Maintenance Technician will support plant operations at its Youngsville, NC facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving industrial equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical capability, a commitment to safety, and the potential to advance into a Maintenance Foreman role.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including conveyors, motors, and production equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, use tools safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
