Recreation Therapeutic Specialist
Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Recreation Therapeutic Specialist to assist with therapeutic recreation programs for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support Special Olympics Lake Norman activities
- Help lead therapeutic recreation, sports, and youth programs
- Complete basic recordkeeping and related duties
Requirements:
- Experience or interest in working with individuals with disabilities
- Comfortable working in group settings
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work indoors and outdoors
- Comfortable driving a 10–12 passenger van
- Flexible schedule availability
Ideal for candidates passionate about inclusive recreation and community impact.
