Position: Field Supervisor
Location: Edenton NC
Pay: Based upon experience

Company Profile:

Telecommunications construction company founded in 2014. Currently located in seven (7) markets within the southeastern providing construction services for industry leaders

Job Responsibilities:
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Assist in providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Communicate job status with customer, be responsive to requests
• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews
• Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
• Evaluate Teammate's performance and develop a plan for increasing growth and responsibility
• Document Teammate counseling, warning, and terminations

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, with a minimum of 2 years in construction coordination or supervision.
• Experienced in project management and in the development of telecommunication infrastructure projects or consolidations.
• Knowledge of the building permit process and material ordering and tracking.
• Comprehends construction documents and complete construction closeout documentation.
• Strong capabilities across all phases of project management, leadership and the ability to clarify and identify appropriate issues and risks to be mitigated to ensure project success.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
• Solid analytical skills while being detailed oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks.
• Must have Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Skills and knowledge with all software associated with the industry
