Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and explain benefits.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Handle phone calls and greet patients.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front office is required.
- Proficiency with dental software, such as OpenDental, is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage depending on experience.
- Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday).
