Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Building Maintenance Technician to provide event support and facility maintenance services. This role ensures a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Event Support & Setup

• Set up and break down events (tables, chairs, equipment) per layout specifications

• Read and interpret floor plans and diagrams to ensure accurate configurations

• Coordinate with event planners and clients to meet timelines and expectations

Facility Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine site inspections and safety checks

• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance (basic carpentry, painting, flooring repairs, equipment servicing)

• Replace ceiling tiles, door hardware, window treatments, and other building components

• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests using CMMS systems (Corrigo, Service Insight, or similar)

Operations Support

• Move and relocate office furniture, equipment, and machinery as needed

• Maintain strong working relationships with tenants, management, and vendors

• Complete tasks accurately and within established deadlines

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• 0–2 years of facilities or maintenance experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (box truck and company pickup use required)

Technical Skills

• Experience using work order systems (Corrigo, Service Insight, or similar)

• Proficient with hand tools, cordless drills, and material handling equipment

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to read and interpret floor layout plans
