Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patient needs and appropriateness of OT services.
- Develop, document, and revise a Plan of Care (POC); prepare progress notes and other clinical records as required.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions addressing range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living; fabricate and modify adaptive equipment and splints; implement environmental modifications as needed.
- Evaluate patient occupational performance across self-care, work, leisure, and rest; assess sensory-motor, psycho-social and cognitive-perceptual components.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; consult with physicians and other health professionals; communicate patient status while protecting confidentiality.
- Apply infection control practices and maintain safety standards; ensure equipment maintenance and proper documentation of outcomes.

Requirements
- Active state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Current driver’s license with reliable transportation and valid insurance
- Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to work in an inpatient care/rehabilitation environment
