Job Title: Surgical Technologist – CVOR
Location: Gastonia, NC
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (8 Hours)

Travel Gross weekly: $54-57/hr ($2,160/wk. to $2,280/wk.) ( based on experience)

Local Rate: $47–50/hr ($1762 to 1875/wk) ( based on experience)

A reputable healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams in a fast-paced, acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cardiovascular procedures and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical settings.

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and organization of surgical tools and supplies.
• Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Support overall efficiency and workflow within the operating room.

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from NBSTSA (required).
• Proven experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist .
• Strong experience in large hospital or acute care settings.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity surgical environment.

• Day Shift: 8-hour shifts.
• On-call requirement:
  • Once per week.
  • One weekend per month (Friday 3:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM).
• Must be available to work one holiday or designated reduced-operation day during the 13-week assignment.

• Candidates must be available for interviews during the following time windows:
  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (ET)
  • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (ET)
