PRINCIPAL INNOVATION ENGINEER Posting Start Date: 5/7/25 Job Description: **Job Overview** As the **Research & Development Innovation Engineer** within **TE Connectivity's Energy business unit** , you will lead our **overhead product line** global efforts to bridge our customer needs with new product development opportunities. This person will shape our technology and product responses through an outside-in approach to innovation with customer partnerships and advanced development execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation. This position will be instrumental in identifying new product opportunities, defining technology roadmaps, and leading technological development activities to drive our company's future growth.
