What you can expect

· Maintaining and organizing the USA warehouse

· Creating shipping and transport documents

· Receiving, storing, preparing, loading and shipping freight

· Processing inventory and maximizing the use of warehouse space

· Inspect, verify, load, store and pick inventory to fulfill customer orders

· Telephone support and advice for our customers and users of our products and services

· Preparation and follow-up of quotations

· Assistance and support for technical sales

· Collaboration in customer development

· Support with the introduction of new products and price adjustments

· Order acceptance and processing

· Maintaining data and processes in our IT systems

· Active collaboration in marketing, e.g. at trade fairs and events

What we expect

· Knowledge and experience with international shipments and UPS World Ship

· Experience in packing and palatizing products for LTL shipments

· Forklift Experience and knowledge and experience of power tools

· MS Office skills and knowledge of a CRM system

· Strong communication skills and team spirit

· Distinct customer-oriented thinking and acting

· Independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working, as well as organizational and time management skills

· High resilience and open to change

· Representative, proactive, open and outgoing demeanor - you enjoy working with people

· Ability to lift 70 pounds
