The Full Cycle Bilingual Temporary Staffing Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for temporary, temp-to-hire positions. This role partners with clients to understand hiring needs, sources and screens qualified candidates, coordinates interviews, manages placements, and maintains strong relationships with both clients and temporary employees to ensure successful assignments and exceptional service.
Work Environment
This position typically operates in an office setting with frequent communication via phone, email, text, and virtual platforms. Occasional local travel to client sites, job fairs, or recruiting events may be required. Flexibility to respond to urgent staffing needs outside of standard business hours may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job order intake through candidate placement and assignment completion.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Verify employment history, conduct reference checks, and coordinate background screenings and drug testing as required.
- Match qualified candidates with client job openings while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Extend job offers, complete onboarding documentation, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Maintain regular communication with temporary employees throughout their assignments to address concerns, attendance, and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions.
- Resolve employee relations issues, attendance concerns, and assignment-related challenges professionally and promptly.
- Meet recruiting, placement, retention, and client satisfaction goals.
- Maintain accurate applicant and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in temporary staffing or agency recruiting is highly desirable.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting platforms.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
