- The Studio Manager works directly with Studio Owner in support of studio operations and profitability
- This role is comprised of 60-70% sales, 10-20% training, and 10-20% staff management and studio operations
- Plan and promote lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing, Networking, Events, and all aspects of organic lead generation including special events for the studio
- Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
- Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
- Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars
- Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
- Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
- 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
- Associate or bachelors degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management
- Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
