AR Specialist
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR Specialist in Wilmington, MA. Duties:
- AR Specialist will process and post customer payments accurately and promptly
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- As an AR Specialist, you will communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
