The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for energetic and reliable warehouse team members to join our fast-paced packing and shipping operation. Help us pack products and get customer orders out the door quickly and accurately! We have two shifts available and one will be chosen based on current needs.

4-10 hour shift SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY. Shift is from 7:00am to 5:30pm.

4-10 hour shift WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY. Shift is from 7:00am to 5:30pm.

We have been identified as the 4th fastest-growing e-com company in the US. This means an opportunity for the right people!

$18.50/hr for the first 30 days probationary period, then bumped to $19.50/hr once probation and goals are met. Additional raises will be based on performance.

We want people with owner mentalities. This isn’t “the warehouse”, this is “your warehouse”, and you take pride in helping make sure it runs well.

Starting duties

• Counting and packing gummies

• Evaluating, trimming, weighing and packing bulk flower

• Shipping customer orders quickly, efficiently and accurately

• Applying labels to bags and containers

• Anything that management asks - you're versatile and up for a challenge

Qualifications - Basics

• Must be 21 years or older

• Accurate and efficient in completing assigned tasks

• Able to count and perform basic math calculations

• High effort and high integrity at all times

• Punctual: show up on time, be dependable

• Resourceful. Proactively/ creatively takes ownership of problems and sees solutions through to completion

• Adaptable. Pivots quickly in a dynamic workplace without breaking a sweat

• Detail-oriented and organized

• NO Drama

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking

• Repetitive head titling and arm movement

Qualifications - Prior experience

• Warehouse/ fulfillment experience is a plus. But if you’re smart, versatile, have experience/ references to prove it, we’ll give you a shot.
