Emmy Squared Durham is seeking experienced Dishwashers to join our team and ensure the back of house runs smoothly! This position offers: Competitive pay Health benefits for full-time employees Fun and supportive work environment Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company Position Responsibilities: As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by: Cleaning and sanitizing cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards. Keeping the dish area organized and ensuring proper machine temperature and chemical safety. Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors and back-of-house spaces. Properly disposing of waste and following dumpster procedures. Supporting the kitchen team with additional back-of-house tasks as assigned by management. Position Qualifications: Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to: Lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
