Overview

As a key member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, the Enterprise Data & Analytics Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise data and analytics architecture. This role collaborates closely with business leaders, Business Relationship Managers, and internal analytics teams to define data strategies, identify data sources, and deliver scalable analytical solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and excels at balancing innovation with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture across operational, analytical, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data accessibility, security, and performance across platforms while maintaining consistency and governance.
• Lead the development of data models, data integration strategies, and data stewardship frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in data architecture, analytics capabilities, and data management practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP IT departments and/or SAP consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP tools including S/4HANA, BPC, Fiori, Core Data Services (CDS), BW, Web Intelligence, and Design Studio.
• Strong expertise in data management, data architecture, analytics, and database systems.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather and finalize data requirements.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning new tools, systems, and processes.
• Experience translating business needs into technical project requirements.
• Project management experience with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
• Background in IT development, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
