As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for results — not excuses.

Property Quality

• Deliver A+ landscape standards on every visit
• Protect the LLG brand on every property
• Identify and correct issues before clients ever notice

Crew Performance

• Lead and hold your team accountable
• Hit budgeted labor hours
• Drive efficiency without sacrificing quality

Safety & Discipline

• Enforce safety at all times
• Maintain clean, organized, rollout-ready trucks
• Zero lost equipment. Zero sloppy standards.

Daily Execution

• Clear morning plan
• Proper crew size and task delegation
• Strong communication with your Production Manager

Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape maintenance crews
• Strong knowledge of turf, pruning, and plant health
• Ability to manage labor hours and production efficiency
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work outdoors and remain hands-on
